In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty or, in the extremely unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, then we do offer a full refund if goods are despatched back to us within 7 days of receipt. Simply fill out the customer returns page (which can be found in the parcel with your goods) and send this back with the items that are to be returned. Unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for loss of goods that are to be returned so it's important that you make sure you send these by Recorded or Special Delivery. Once we have received the goods and are satisfied with the reason for returns we will reimburse you with a full refund (not including any delivery costs). However, please read the below details carefully for more information. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Swimwear
You will probably have noticed that all our swimwear items have a disclaimer swing ticket and hygiene sticker attached to them and it is extremely important that these are not removed until you are completely happy with the item purchased. If you are not satisfied and would like to return the goods, we will need for this swing ticket to still be intact and any hygiene labels to be in place. The removal of either of these will result in us being unable to offer you a refund for hygiene reasons. This of course does not apply to faulty goods.
Kaftans and Accessories
All our kaftans and accessories have a disclaimer swing ticket attached to them and it is extremely important that this is not removed until you are completely happy with the item purchased. If you are not satisfied and would like to return the goods, we will need for this swing ticket to still be intact in order for you to receive a full refund. The removal of this will result in us being unable to offer you a refund although at the company's discretion we may offer an exchange or credit note to the value of the item.
